Best of Golden Globes fashion of the last decade
The Golden Globes are less than a week away, and that means Hollywood’s finest are scheduling fittings, meeting with stylists and trying to nail down that perfect look for the red carpet on Sunday. What they will wear is anybody’s guess, but until the gowns are unveiled, MTV News is looking back on some of the greatest looks of the last decade.
Meanwhile, Here are some of the nominations for the 67th annual Golden Globe awards announced
in Beverly Hills, Calif., by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association.
Scarlett Johansson in 2006
Her body-hugging red dress had all eyes — and all hands, right Isaac Mizrahi? — on her at the 2006 Golden Globes.
Charlize Theron in 2004
Theron melted every fashionista’s heart in her butter-color ruffled chiffon dress by Dior. She paired the soft, feminine number with silver accessories, and with her hair in soft curls, Theron embodied old-school glamour.
Keira Knightley in 2006
Knightly wrapped her delicate frame in a white Valentino gown, a column dress with bow-and-tassel detailing at the waist.
Brangelina in 2007
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are Hollywood’s golden couple of style, and the two had everyone talking in 2007 when she hit the carpet in a slate-gray gown and yellow-diamond accessories and he looked dapper in a tuxedo and tie.
Amy Adams in 2009
She became the belle of the ball in 2009 when she hit the carpet in a seemingly simple black Oscar de la Renta dress with ethereal touches.
